Returns & refunds

Returns and Refunds Policy

I sell three things: printed workbooks through Amazon, PDF workbooks to download, and in-person courses. Each one works a little differently, so here is what happens if you need to send something back or cancel.

Printed workbooks (Amazon)

My paperback workbooks are sold and delivered by Amazon, so Amazon's returns policy applies. To return one, go to Your Orders in your Amazon account and choose Return or replace items.

If your copy arrives damaged or has a printing fault, Amazon will replace it. If anything is wrong with what's actually printed on the pages, please tell me too, so I can fix it for the next copy.

PDF workbooks (digital downloads)

PDF workbooks are delivered straight away and can't be sent back, so I don't usually give refunds once a file has been downloaded.

Something wrong with your PDF? If it won't open, pages are missing, or you bought the wrong exam board by mistake, email me and I'll put it right. That might mean sending a new file, swapping it for the right board, or giving you a refund.

In-person courses

Cancel 7 or more days before the course starts and you'll get a full refund.

Please give me as much notice as you can. Groups are small, with no more than 5 students, so every place matters.

Less than 7 days to go? Please still get in touch. I'll do my best to help, for example by trying to sell your place on to another student.

If I ever have to cancel a course myself, you'll get a full refund.

Need to return or cancel something?

Email me with your name, what you bought and roughly when, and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
